Information For Scheduling Substitutes

Substitute ECE Paraprofessionals are hired to work in ECE classrooms. See above section for time sheet information. Substitutes can be scheduled through SmartFindExpress when there is a vacancy or an absence. Unfortunately there are still not enough Substitute ECE paras available, so there will be days when no one picks up the job. The school secretary will need to check the system to see if the job has been picked up so that the teacher can work with parents to make alternate arrangements when a substitute is not assigned.
